This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use MorningSet ("the App"), a morning exercise and app lock application that restricts access to selected apps until you complete your prescribed exercises.

MorningSet is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information or user data. Specifically:

• We do not collect your exercise data or routines
• We do not collect information about which apps you lock
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not sync any data to our servers or iCloud
• All App settings and preferences remain entirely on your device

3. Apple Screen Time API

MorningSet uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls framework) to enable its app locking functionality. This feature operates entirely on your device and is governed by Apple's privacy practices. No information about your locked apps or usage patterns is accessible to or collected by Horacki Software.

4. In-App Purchases

Subscription and purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/privacy/.

5. Data Sharing

We do not collect any personal data, and therefore we do not sell, share, or transfer any personal information to third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

MorningSet is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
